Q: Do your traffic cones meet MUTCD standards?
A: Yes, all our traffic cones are fully MUTCD compliant. 


Q: Is there an odour from the rubber wheelchair threshold ramp?
A: A slight rubber smell may be present when first opened, which is normal. It will gradually fade within a few days.


Q: Can your products be used in bad weather?
A: Yes, our products are designed for all-weather performance, suitable for both cold and hot conditions.

2. Shipping, Pickup & Inventory

Q: Where is your inventory located?
A: We currently have inventory in California, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania for fast U.S. fulfillment.

Q: Can we pick up the goods ourselves?
A: Yes, pickup is welcome. We can waive the shipping cost, but you must provide the pickup person's name, vehicle license plate, and pickup time. Our 3PL warehouse cannot release the goods without matching information.

Q: What is the shipping time if I place an order today?
A: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (warehouse time) ship the same day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via FedEx. Large orders will ship via LTL for faster handling.

Q: Where can I get a coupon code?
A: Please subscribe to our website. We send coupon codes to subscribers on a monthly or occasional basis.

Q: Do you offer a military discount?
A: We do not offer profession-specific discounts, but subscribers receive exclusive promotional codes.

Q: I want to change the order quantity—what should I do?
A: Please cancel the incorrect order and place a new one. We will process your refund the same day.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: For returns not related to product quality issues, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How can I submit a tax exemption form for my non-profit?
A: Please send us your tax-exempt certificate. Once verified, we will remove the sales tax from your order.

A: Yes, we are a legitimate cross-border e-commerce company with outsourced U.S. warehouses and support teams.
