Exactly as described and advertised and an excellent product!
We absolutely are thrilled with these posts! They're heavy duty so aren't apt to fall over with the slightest wind. They're bright enough to be clearly visible during the daytime and light up with car lights at night.

Visible. Holds Caution tape.
I bought these to string caution tape at the end of my driveway when it was redone. They are reflective and a nice weight. Now that the driveway is done I use one as a parking guide for my car in the garage. Not sure what I'll do with the others.
